I was commissioned by ABCG, a Chesham-based training and consultancy firm, to lead a strategic brand refresh. The primary objective was to redefine the organisation’s visual identity to better reflect a renewed corporate focus on customer experience (CX).
The project involved modernising the core logo to project a more contemporary, service-oriented aesthetic and the development of comprehensive brand guidelines.
This new framework was designed to unify ABCG’s diverse training modules and consultancy services, ensuring a consistent and professional brand voice across all client-facing platforms.
