Building on the success of an established e-commerce platform, I was commissioned by Mobility Pitstop to lead a comprehensive brand refresh and digital redesign. The brief required a modernisation of the brand’s existing assets, specifically the illustrative mascot ‘Chappie’, to align with contemporary design standards while maintaining established brand equity.
The project encompassed a full website redesign and the development of a rigorous brand guideline system. To broaden the platform’s market reach, I conceptualised and designed a secondary character, ‘Mrs Chappie’, strategically introduced to enhance engagement with female demographics. This visual overhaul was supported by a suite of digital assets, including e-newsletter headers, promotional banners and integrated print collateral.
